Terms of Service — CatalogVision AI

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using CatalogVision AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must uninstall the application immediately.

2. Description of Service

CatalogVision AI provides automated, vision-assisted catalog enrichment tools for Shopify stores. It analyzes product imagery and vendor descriptions to suggest and populate standard category metafields.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

All subscription charges are processed through Shopify's Official Recurring Application Charges API in accordance with Shopify App Store billing requirements. Paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel or downgrade to the Free plan at any time through the in-app billing page or Shopify Admin without penalty.

4. Merchant Review & Responsibility

While CatalogVision AI employs multimodal vision models with high confidence thresholds, merchants retain final editorial control over product catalog data. We provide a Polaris review queue and 1-click rollback mechanisms so you can verify changes prior to publishing.
