How does CatalogVision AI prevent overwriting my recent store changes?
We use Shopify's native compareDigest mechanism during the metafieldsSet mutation. If a product's state changes between the time you generated a review batch and when you click Publish, Shopify rejects the conflicting item and preserves your manual changes.
Can I test on a small batch before upgrading?
Yes! The Free Starter plan gives you 50 product enrichments per month forever. You can run real scans, review confidence scores in Polaris, and publish changes to your live store without entering a credit card.
Are my product images or store data used to train AI models?
No. All vision inferences are processed statelessly via enterprise Google GenAI APIs. Your catalog images and metadata are never retained for model training or shared with other parties.
How do I downgrade or cancel my subscription?
You can downgrade to the Free plan anytime with a single click inside the app's Plans & Credits tab, or directly through Shopify Admin under your store's App Subscriptions page. Cancellation is instant with zero penalty.
